At Garden Alfresco we have chosen not to insult peoples intelligence by offering ‘free’ postage and then building the costs into our product prices. We charge a maximum UK post and packaging rate of £4.99. However if your UK order is cheaper than £4.99 for us to send, we will always refund you the difference, it’s that simple.
What happens if I want to place a small/light order that I’m sure would be cheaper than £4.99 for UK P&P?
If your UK order, once packed and weighed, is cheaper than £4.99 to send, we will refund you the difference.
What happens if my international order weighs more than 2kg?
Please contact us for a shiping and handling quote, however pricing details for orders under 2kg in weight are already provided in our Shipping and Payment section.
