- Cheques/Postal Order – Please make Cheques and postal orders payable to Garden Alfresco. Your goods will only be despatched, once your payment has cleared. We only accept cheques/Postal Orders in (£) stirling. Please send any cheques/postal orders to the following address:

- Paypal/Credit Card/Debit Card – We accept Paypal, Credit Card and Debit Card payments. Any credit/debit card payments will be processed via Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to use this facility.
- Bank Transfer – We do accept bank transfers. However, all payments must be made in (£) stirling, with the buyer paying any transfer related costs. Please contact us for our bank details.
- Returns – All returned goods will be accepted. Goods must be returned within 10 days of reciept. We will not collect returned goods in person, especially from non-UK customers :0)
- Return Postage Costs – The buyer must pay the postage costs for returned items, unless the reason for return is attributable to Garden Alfresco.
- Broken/Damaged Goods – Please contact us first, with the full details and a picture if possible. We usually request that you return the goods, we will pay for the return postage. Upon our receipt of the goods, you will recieve the offer of a full refund or a replacement product (if in stock).
- Non-Delivery – We always obtain proof of postage. In the event of non-delivery please contact us with any relevant details. We will claim against the postal carrier on your behalf, please bear in mind that Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 days have passed. You will be offered a full refund or a replacement product (if in stock).
- Your Privacy – Garden Alfresco respect your privacy. We do not disclose buyers information to third parties, except those used to fulfil a buyers order, e.g Paypal and delivery drivers.
