Bug Box Insect House

This original insect house bug box is made from durable acacia, oak and larch timber. Such quality woods provide strength, insulation and longevity. This excellent insect habitat is an attractive home to solitary bees and beneficial predatory insects. Such insects improve a gardens pollination and fruit yields and also ensure that greenfly and other aphids have plenty to worry about.

Did you know that Ladybirds and lacewings like nothing more than to munch greenfly and aphids? They are essentially natures allies in mans relentless garden war against aphids. By providing a ‘base’ deep in enemy held territory, you can limit your use of pesticides, whilst your allies do what nature has trained them to do best.
